AI Lead Generation & Outreach System for Medical Clinics (ClaimMate AI)

We are building ClaimMate AI (claimmateai.pro), an AI medical billing tool that converts doctor notes into CPT/ICD-10 codes in seconds.

We need a freelancer to build a fully automated lead generation and outreach system to help us get our first users and demos.

What we need:
Build a system to find medical clinics, urgent care centers, and billing companies in the US
Extract:
Clinic name
Phone number
Email address
Set up automated or semi-automated outreach system (email preferred, WhatsApp/calls optional)
Help structure outreach scripts and sequences
Organize everything in a Google Sheet or CRM
Ideally use tools like:
Clay
Apollo
Instantly / Smartlead
Zapier or similar automation tools
Goal:

We are starting with no budget for upfront setup, so we need a system focused on:

Low-cost / free tools where possible
Fast lead generation
High outreach volume
Booking demos for our SaaS product
Converting free users → paid subscriptions later
Daily target:
50–100 leads per day
30–100 outreach messages/calls
2–5 demo bookings daily
Important:

We are a startup focused on growth. Payment will come from future subscription revenue, so we are looking for someone flexible who can help us build a system that can scale fast.
