LabVIEW ZD621 Sequential Label Printing

Job ID: 39822811

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have a Zebra ZD621 fitted with a 0.375" × 0.375" roll that holds three square labels across each row. At this point the printer is only running with the standard driver—no custom LabVIEW code or ZPL sequences have been added yet.

What I need is a LabVIEW VI (or set of VIs) that can:
• send ZPL to print just one of the three labels,
• pause while I peel that label off,
• reverse-feed the stock so the next label in the same row is correctly positioned, and
• repeat the cycle until all three labels in that row are used before advancing to the next row.

I will generate the QR-code data myself, so the VI just has to receive a text string (or image, if that is cleaner) and embed it in the ZPL without changing its size or design.

For acceptance I’ll load the VI, run a three-print cycle, and confirm that each label lands in its own column, the spacing is consistent, and the printer never wastes a blank. Please include any setup notes (media sensor settings, tear-off vs. peel mode, etc.) that are critical to achieving that behaviour.
