Jotform-Drive-Xero Automation

I want a single, reliable workflow that starts the moment a client completes our Jotform and ends with my team seeing confirmation in Slack. Here’s the journey I need built:

• Jotform submission lands and the raw data is pushed straight into Google Drive for archiving.
• That same data is parsed so an invoice is created inside Xero that clearly shows the order details and payment information pulled from the form.
• Slack then fires off two messages: one confirming the submission has been received and another confirming the invoice has been generated.

No manual touch points—everything must run end-to-end automatically.

I’m platform-agnostic on how you stitch it together; Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, or a custom Python integration are all fine as long as the hand-off between each service is smooth, errors are handled gracefully, and future field changes in the form can be mapped without rewriting the whole flow.

Deliverable: a fully working integration with clear documentation so I can maintain or extend it later.
