Jira Workflow Automation Specialist
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m in the middle of a long-term Jira overhaul and the next milestone is all about getting our automations rock-solid. While the whole workflow—transitions, post functions, and conditions—will be touched, the heartbeat of this phase is automation.
Here’s what I want to accomplish:
• Build and fine-tune automations that trigger on issue creation and updating
• Streamline workflow-change triggers so status moves stay accurate and auditable
• Configure targeted notifications and alerts that reach the right people at the right moment
I already have rough rules sketched out, but they need sharpening. I’ll share the current diagrams and notes, then rely on your Jira Admin expertise to turn them into clean, maintainable rules that respect best practices.
Alongside the automation work, you may need to adjust transitions, post functions, and conditions to keep everything in sync, so deep familiarity with Jira Cloud/Server administration, workflow schemes, and the built-in automation engine (or ScriptRunner if you prefer) is essential.
Deliverables will be accepted when:
• Each automation fires under the agreed conditions without errors
• Audit logs confirm expected actions for at least 20 test issues per rule
• Updated workflow diagrams and brief documentation are committed to Confluence
