Jira Project Scheduling Assistant
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for reliable support to keep our project deadlines perfectly organised. The day-to-day work centres on creating and maintaining a single source of truth for dates, milestones and reminders inside Jira, then syncing that information to the shared calendar so the team always knows what’s due and when.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Audit the current Jira boards, capture every open task and milestone, and populate or correct due-date fields.
• Build an easy-to-read calendar view (Google Calendar or Outlook—your choice) that mirrors those Jira dates.
• Set up recurring checks so slipped or newly added issues never fall through the cracks.
• Send concise weekly snapshots highlighting upcoming deliverables, blockers and any schedule changes that need my attention.
Familiarity with Jira automation rules, filters and dashboards will let you move quickly, and experience coordinating multiple contributors across time zones is a plus. If you can suggest small process tweaks that tighten our overall operations, even better.
Success for this engagement means that every project deadline is visible, accurate and proactively communicated without me having to chase status updates. If that sounds like your wheelhouse, I’d love to hear how you would approach the first week.
