Inventory Google Form & Smartsheet Automation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need Google Forms that lets my staff record three things in one sitting: the day’s closing stock, every purchase made, and any purchase returns. Once the form is submitted, the responses must flow straight into Smartsheet where two live calculations happen automatically—today’s sales value and the updated balance stock on hand.
The smartsheets should take the opening stock from previous days closing stock
Here is what I expect:
• Google Form built with fields for closing stock quantities, purchase details, and purchase-return information, plus any lookup or validation you feel keeps entries clean.
• A connected Smartsheet that captures each form submission in real time. Within that sheet, formulas (or Smartsheet’s Sheet Summary fields) should calculate both daily sales value and current balance stock without manual input.
• Clear headings and date stamps so I can filter or pivot the data later.
• Brief hand-off notes explaining where the formulas sit and how to extend them if we add new items.
Everything must run inside the Google Workspace / Smartsheet ecosystem—no external add-ons. If you’re comfortable building a quick sample row to demonstrate the calculations before hand-over, that will speed up acceptance.
