Interakt WhatsApp Promo Flow Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’ve already drafted the offer copy for a new-user free-trial promotion and now need it wired into Interakt so it runs hands-off. The idea is to engage both fresh prospects and my existing customer list as soon as each of them triggers a defined action (site signup, abandoned cart, or manual CSV import).
Here’s what I want built and proven inside my Interakt account:
• A multi-step WhatsApp automation that welcomes users, presents the free-trial offer, follows up after X hours if they haven’t claimed it, and switches to a thank-you/upsell branch once they do.
• Smart replies that recognise common questions (“How do I start?”, “Is the trial really free?”, “What happens after 14 days?”) and provide pre-approved answers automatically.
• Clear tagging or segmentation so I can later pull reports on existing customers vs. new prospects.
• Message templates fully approved by Meta/WhatsApp before the flow goes live.
• A short hand-off guide or Loom walkthrough showing how to tweak timing, copy, or segments without breaking the logic.
Everything must be configured directly in Interakt—no external tools—so familiarity with its Flow Builder, contact filters, template submission process, and analytics is essential. Once you’ve completed the setup, I’ll run a quick internal test; if messages deliver and branches fire as expected, we’re done.
