Job Title: Growth Automation Operations Executive (Instagram Outreach)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Automation Operations Executive to manage and execute daily Instagram outreach activities using our internal automation tools and browser extensions. This is a process-driven, operational role that requires discipline, consistency, and attention to detail—not content creation or creative marketing.
You will be responsible for running pre-configured outreach workflows, monitoring execution, and maintaining accurate daily activity logs to support our growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage Instagram outreach automation using a Chrome extension on assigned Instagram accounts
Execute pre-defined outreach workflows daily as per provided SOPs
Monitor automation execution to ensure smooth operation and prevent errors or account issues
Pause, resume, or adjust workflows when required based on guidelines
Maintain accurate daily logs of outreach activity, actions taken, and outcomes
Flag anomalies such as blocks, limits, login issues, or unexpected behavior promptly
Ensure compliance with Instagram safety limits and internal usage policies
Coordinate with the Growth/Operations team for daily status updates

Success depends on consistency, accuracy, and reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes exactly
Comfortable working with browser extensions, dashboards, and basic tools
Basic understanding of Instagram functionality (DMs, follows, activity limits)
High level of discipline and consistency in daily execution
Ability to maintain clear logs and records
Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop/laptop
Prior experience with automation tools is a plus, but not mandatory
