Instagram Growth Automation Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Automation Operations Executive to manage and execute daily Instagram outreach activities using our internal automation tools and browser extensions. The role involves running pre-configured outreach workflows, monitoring execution, and maintaining accurate activity logs.
This role is operational in nature and requires discipline, consistency, and attention to detail rather than creative content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage Instagram outreach automation via a Chrome extension on assigned Instagram accounts
Run the automation workflow daily as per provided guidelines
Ensure the automation runs smoothly by keeping the system active for 2–3 hours per day during execution
Monitor the outreach process to avoid errors, interruptions, or platform issues
Update and maintain daily outreach activity logs in shared Google Sheets (accounts used, DMs sent, status updates, etc.)
Report any issues, warnings, or anomalies observed during automation runs
Process & Compliance Expectations
Follow all internal instructions related to timing, limits, and workflows
Maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting
Ensure no manual changes are made to the automation logic or messaging
Keep assigned Instagram accounts secure and confidential
Skills & Requirements
Basic familiarity with Instagram and browser extensions
Ability to keep a computer running uninterrupted for extended periods
Strong sense of responsibility and consistency
Attention to detail while updating reports and sheets
Reliable internet connection and access to a personal laptop/PC
Prior experience with automation tools or growth operations is a plus (not mandatory)
Project Duration & Compensation
Project duration: 1 month (extendable based on requirement)
Compensation: Fixed monthly project-based payment
Clear daily expectations and workload defined upfront
