Hubspot-Quickbooks Automation using Integrately
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to automate tasks between Hubspot and QuickBooks Online using Integrately. The tasks are as follows:
- When a deal is 'Closed Won' in Hubspot, a new invoice should be created in QuickBooks Online
- If the customer/company isn't in QuickBooks, then they should be created
- The invoice, once created, should then get sent out to the customer
- Once the invoice is paid, then the status should be updated in Hubspot to reflect that payment has
been received.
These integrations should sync daily. The ideal freelancer will be intimately familiar with both Hubspot and QuickBooks Online, be proficient in Integrately, and have a strong understanding of automation principles and practices. It's important that you can ensure seamless data connectivity and tracking.
