HubSpot CRM & Automation Build
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking to take our HubSpot portal well beyond its out-of-the-box limits. The immediate priority is deep CRM customization: new custom objects, refined deal stages, and back-end workflows that link contacts, companies, and deals exactly the way our internal process works.
Once that foundation is in place, I also want to automate three marketing streams—email campaigns, lead-nurturing sequences, and scheduled social posts—so that each touchpoint is triggered by real-time events in the CRM. Think smart lists, branching workflows, and if/then logic that adjusts messaging based on engagement.
Finally, I need actionable data to flow back to the team. Please wire up reporting that surfaces lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and engagement stats in clear HubSpot dashboards. Clean, well-named properties and easily shareable reports are a must.
Key tools you’re likely to use include HubSpot Workflows, Custom Objects, Operations Hub, the HubSpot API, and Webhooks for any advanced back-end development.
Deliverables
• Custom CRM structure (objects, properties, deal stages)
• Automated workflows covering email, nurturing, and social scheduling
• Back-end scripts or integrations required to support those workflows
• Reporting dashboards and documentation on how data is pulled and calculated
I’ll provide portal access and a detailed process map once we start. Let me know your experience with similar HubSpot builds and the estimated timeframe to launch the first live workflows.
