I’m looking for a highly experienced Go High Level (GHL) specialist who understands real estate wholesaling systems—not just basic CRM setup. The goal is to build a fully automated lead generation, follow-up, and deal management system that can scale.

Set up a complete Go High Level system tailored for real estate wholesaling, including:

* Lead capture
* Automated follow-ups
* Pipeline management
* Appointment booking
* Conversion tracking

### Scope of Work

#### 1. CRM & Pipeline Setup

* Build a customized pipeline:

* New Lead
* Contacted
* Qualified
* Appointment Set
* Offer Made
* Under Contract
* Disposition
* Closed
* Smart tagging system (Motivated, Cold, Follow-up, Hot Lead, etc.)
* Opportunity management setup

#### 2. Lead Capture & Funnel Setup

* Landing pages for:

* “Sell Your House Fast”
* Cash offer form
* Integration with:

* Facebook Lead Ads
* Website forms
* Thank-you pages and tracking setup (Facebook Pixel, etc.)

#### 3. Automation & Follow-Up System

Create high-converting automation workflows:

* Instant SMS response (within seconds of lead submission)
* Email and SMS drip campaigns (Day 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 30)
* Missed call text-back automation
* Voicemail drops (optional)
* Lead reactivation campaigns (30–90 days)
* Pipeline-based triggers (e.g., when moved to “Qualified,” trigger follow-up)

* Set up GHL dialer
* Call tracking and recording
* Auto-assign leads to team members (if applicable)

* Ability to write high-converting SMS and email scripts
* Knowledge of US real estate markets (e.g., Jacksonville, Indiana)
