I’m building a palm-sized device that helps automate at-home medication. Inside it sit two independent plungers driven by micro servos, a vibration motor, a small speaker for audio prompts, and a 1.68-inch colour display for on-device instructions and feedback. All of these elements need to live on a custom PCB, run from a single rechargeable battery that is properly sized for daily use, and work seamlessly together.

You will receive the full parts kit, so your focus is on:
• designing the board,
• assembling and reflowing it,
• loading the firmware, and
• proving that everything operates exactly as intended.

The most important interaction is tight, reliable coordination between the user’s button press (or other trigger you recommend) and the two plungers: press, plunge, confirm on screen, vibrate, optional audio. A clean, well-structured codebase on a mainstream microcontroller (ESP32, STM32 or similar) is expected so future feature tweaks stay painless.

Key acceptance criteria
• Final PCB, fully assembled and flashed, in my hands no later than 10 July
• Continuous bench test showing at least one week of duty cycle on a single charge
• Smooth, simultaneous operation of display, vibration motor, speaker and both servos with no brown-outs
• Source files: schematic, layout (Gerber/ODB++), BOM, firmware and a brief test report
