Google-Zoho Contacts & Email Sync

I want a seamless bridge between my Google Workspace and Zoho accounts that automatically keeps both contacts and emails aligned. The job is to build a weekly, bi-directional sync that respects specific filtering rules I’ll supply, so only the right records travel between the two platforms.

You’re free to use Zoho’s API, Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make/Integromat, or a custom Python (or similar) solution—whatever delivers the most dependable run-and-forget workflow. Once set up, the process must:

• Trigger every seven days without manual intervention
• Move new or updated contacts and emails in both directions
• Apply the defined filters before any data is pushed or pulled
• Log each run and surface any errors so I can spot issues quickly

Deliverables:
• A fully configured automation performing the above tasks
• Simple documentation showing how to tweak filters, adjust the schedule, and read the logs
• One live hand-off session to verify everything works by running two consecutive weekly test cycles without duplicates
