AI Google Workspace Workflow Automation

I need to stitch together a set of cloud-based automations inside Google Workspace that removes as much manual handling as possible.

The core workflows are:

• Email processing – every incoming message that matches certain labels should have its attachments and any embedded weblinks captured automatically.
• File handling – those attachments (often ZIP archives or PDFs) must be downloaded to Drive, unzipped when necessary, then read and parsed.
• Data analysis & summarisation – the parsed content should be passed to an OpenAI model for analysis, with concise summaries and key data points written back to Docs or Sheets for easy review.

I am not looking for auto-reply or general sorting functions; extraction and analysis are the priorities. Reliability and low running costs matter, so please weigh up options such as Apps Script, Make.com, Zapier, n8n or similar and recommend the leanest stack that still gives OAuth-friendly log-ins, error handling and logging.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional, documented workflows deployed in my Workspace domain.
2. Clear setup notes so I can maintain API keys, triggers and model parameters without your help.
3. A brief cost breakdown showing how to keep token, execution and platform fees to a minimum.

Description:
I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can work with me in real-time (via AnyDesk/remote desktop) to assist in building automatic schedules, data routines, and AI-driven processes.

The tasks will typically involve:
• Web/data scraping
• Processing and cleaning data
• Running it through AI models (LLMs or ML-based workflows)
• Creating automated summaries, reports, and outputs
• Helping set up repeatable schedules and automation pipelines

This is not a one-time project. It will be an ongoing engagement where I will personally sit with you, and together we will execute the tasks step by step. I am looking for someone who can:
• Work collaboratively in real-time
• Be flexible and responsive to new tasks as they come up
• Have experience with Python, APIs, automation tools, and AI/ML models
• Communicate clearly and work efficiently

Engagement Model:
