Google Workspace Medical Consent System

I'm looking for a Google Workspace expert to create a medical consent system that allows us to import contacts, track the status of consent giving/signing, save a signed copy of the form, and export the data.

The structure will be:
- Organization Name
- Group Name (within the organization)
- Individual (with personal details)

We prefer WhatsApp and email integration for sending consent forms.

Requirements:
- Automatic status updates for tracking
- A working solution is all we need
-actions like resending to those who did not send, export lists specifically.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Apps Script)
- Experience with WhatsApp and email integration
- Strong organizational and data management skills
