Google Workspace Automation for Real Estate
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a real-estate brokerage and want to replace the current patchwork of manual spreadsheets and emails with a fully automated, Google-native workflow. As soon as a contract is signed, I need Google Flows and AI agents to take over so every deal moves from contract to closing without anyone re-keying data.
Immediate focus
• End-to-end tracking of each transaction, kicking off the moment a file hits Drive.
• Automatic task assignments to the right agent, TC, and closer.
• Real-time status updates and email notifications that keep buyers, sellers, and in-house staff in the loop.
Everything must stay inside Google Workspace—Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Tasks, Calendar, and Apps Script/Flow—so there is zero dependence on third-party apps.
Deliverables
1. One or more Google Flows (or Apps Script bundles) that:
– detect a new contract, create a deal folder, and populate a master Sheet with key dates and fields
– assign predefined tasks in Google Tasks (or an agreed Workspace tool) with due dates and owners
– post automated status and email updates at each milestone
2. Clear documentation and a short Loom/video walkthrough showing how to adjust triggers, task lists, and email templates.
3. A brief test run proving a contract can go from upload to “closed” with minimal manual touch.
Acceptance criteria
• A newly uploaded contract triggers all three automations above in under one minute.
• Team members receive correct task assignments and status messages without manual intervention.
• No external services are required; everything runs under our Google Workspace domain.
If you build robust, well-documented Flows that let my agents focus on deals instead of data entry, this project will be a success.
