GoHighLevel Membership & Automation Specialist (Experience Required)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a GoHighLevel (HL) expert to help us complete an existing membership
site — most of the work is done, and we’ll provide the content. We just need the membership
backend finished, automation set up, and user registration configured. Once this is completed,
we also have additional HL membership sites to build from scratch.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Finalising an existing HL membership site (we’ll handle the content uploads)
Setting up multi-tier access levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum)
Creating a registration page in HL and embedding it on our WordPress site
Setting up email, SMS, and WhatsApp automations for onboarding
Linking to tools like Stripe, Calendly, and lead capture forms
Making the platform easy to use, mobile-friendly, and scalable
Offering Zoom walkthroughs for our team and providing ongoing support if needed
You Must Have:
Proven experience building membership sites (not just funnels) in GoHighLevel
A clear understanding of HL automations, user access levels, and onboarding flows
Examples of previous HL membership sites you’ve completed
Confidence with integrations (Stripe, Calendly, WordPress, etc.)
Experience structuring educational or coaching content into modules/categories
Ability to provide Zoom support and system setup guidance
Bonus if you know:
Zapier, Make.com, WordPress, or other course platforms.
