Established aesthetic clinic in the UK seeking a GoHighLevel expert to optimise our existing setup and maximise platform potential. Basic configuration complete - need strategic guidance on advanced features and custom workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Audit & Optimisation: Review current setup and recommend improvements
- Custom Documentation: Create treatment-specific forms, consultation records, and post-treatment follow-up documents
- Client Journey Enhancement: Optimise automation sequences from enquiry through aftercare
- Advanced Features: Implement reputation management, review automation, and retention sequences
- Analytics Setup: Create dashboards for conversion rates, treatment uptake, and client lifetime value
- Strategic Consultation: Suggest innovative ways to leverage GHL features we haven't considered
- Payment workflow optimisation: booking deposits, treatment payments, and financial tracking visibility
- AI Agent Setup: Configure AI chatbots and calls for appointment booking, treatment enquiries, and customer service automation

Requirements:
- 3+ years GoHighLevel optimisation experience (not just setup)
- Healthcare/aesthetics industry knowledge preferred
- Custom workflow creation expertise
- GDPR compliance understanding
- Results-driven with proven ROI improvements
