GoHighLevel Expert for Membership Site Completion
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We’re seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to help us complete a membership site that is already in progress. Most of the foundational work is done — we will provide all the content. Your primary role will be to finalize the membership backend, set up automations, and configure user registration. After this project, there will be additional membership sites to build from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Finalize an existing GoHighLevel membership site (we will handle the content uploads)
Set up multi-tier access levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum)
Create a registration page in GoHighLevel and embed it into our WordPress site
Configure email, SMS, and WhatsApp onboarding automations
Integrate with tools such as Stripe, Calendly, and lead capture forms
Ensure the platform is mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and scalable
Conduct Zoom walkthroughs for our internal team and provide ongoing support as needed
Requirements
Proven experience building membership sites (not just funnels) using GoHighLevel
Deep understanding of HL automations, user access levels, and onboarding flows
Examples of previously completed HL membership sites
Strong integration experience with Stripe, Calendly, WordPress, and other relevant tools
Ability to structure educational or coaching content into modules and categories
Willingness to provide Zoom-based support and implementation guidance
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or other automation platforms
Familiarity with course platforms like Teachable, Kajabi, etc.
