GoHighLevel Expert for IELTS Course Automations

Hello,
I run an IELTS course hosted on GoHighLevel, and I am looking for an expert to help me with two key tasks:
1. Payment Plan Automations
I already have an automation/workflow set up for a two-payment plan. You can look at that workflow for reference.
I need you to build out automations for a three-payment plan.
The system should handle cases where a student pays the first installment but fails to pay the next:
Send them an automated WhatsApp message + email reminding them.
Revoke course access automatically.
Provide clear next steps for the student to re-gain access.
The two-payment workflow should also be reviewed to make sure everything is consistent and smooth.
2. Scheduling Calls with Course Coach
Inside the course, students are entitled to two free 15-minute calls with a coach (IELTS speaking mock test).
I need a system where:
Only paid members of the course can book these calls.
Each member is limited to only two calls total (the system should prevent booking more than that).
The coach can provide a score out of 9 after each session.
Suggested solution: When a call is scheduled, a Slack message is automatically sent to the coach with the details (time of the call + link). Along with this, the coach should receive a form to fill out after the call, where they can select the outcome (e.g., No-show, Completed exam, Apologized, etc.). This ensures we have clear tracking and full visibility of what happened after every scheduled call.
Requirements:
Strong experience with GoHighLevel automations/workflows.
Ability to set up payment plan logic and access revocation.
Experience with appointment scheduling systems and integrations (GoHighLevel + Slack suggested).
