GoHighLevel CRM Setup for Auto Glass Company---DO NOT CALL, PLEASE SUBMIT HERE ONLY

MCA Autoglass, a mobile auto glass company based in Peoria, AZ, is seeking a skilled and experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to build and integrate our CRM system. We already have our customer data prepared, email and SMS templates written, and a detailed pipeline strategy mapped out. We need an individual to bring it all to life inside GHL and link our existing website forms (Retail + Fleet) into the system.

Responsibilities
• - Build and configure Retail and Fleet pipelines inside GoHighLevel
• - Integrate existing website forms with GoHighLevel via webhook, Zapier, or direct GHL forms
• - Import pre-cleaned customer data (segmented by Retail/Fleet/Past/Active)
• - Create workflows for our multi-step retail and fleet email/SMS campaigns
• - Set up automation triggers (e.g., job completion → 24-hour thank you)
• - Enable and test 2-way SMS and voicemail/missed call text-back functions
• - Tag leads appropriately and assign correct campaigns/pipelines
• - Configure dashboards and simple reporting features
• - Test each workflow and provide light documentation for use
• - Advise on which GHL plan is best before we subscribe
