GoHighLevel CRM Configuration

I have a brand-new GoHighLevel account that needs to be turned into a fully functioning CRM. From initial login through launch, I want the entire workspace structured so that my team can jump straight into daily use without touching the back-end settings.

Scope

• Build out a clear sales pipeline with the right stages, deal values, and activity tracking.
• Create core automations—email/SMS follow-ups, task reminders, and lead-status triggers—so prospects move through the funnel automatically.
• Configure calendars, user roles, custom fields, and tags to match the way we work.
• Design branded email and SMS templates plus any necessary forms, surveys, or landing pages inside the funnel builder.
• If I supply a CSV, import the data, map fields correctly, and verify everything landed in the right place.
• Walk me through the final setup (video or live screen-share is fine) and leave clear notes so I can adjust workflows later.

Success for me means I can log in, add a new lead, and watch every downstream action—automated message, pipeline movement, and reporting dashboard—fire exactly as intended.
