GoHighLevel CRM Automation Setup

We are for looking forward to move everything into GoHighLevel and needs the platform configured so it works exactly the way we run our business. I already have proven lead-generation, client-management, and marketing-automation workflows running in another system; they now need to be rebuilt and refined inside GHL.

Scope of work
• CRM setup & customization – custom fields, tags, pipelines, user roles, and dashboards that mirror our current process.
• Automations & workflows – recreate and optimise all existing lead-gen, client-nurture, and marketing sequences with Triggers, Campaigns, and Opportunities so they fire flawlessly.
• Funnels & campaigns – build or import funnel pages, connect forms, calendars, and payment links, then link them to the appropriate pipelines.

Acceptance criteria
1. All legacy workflows are rebuilt in GoHighLevel, tested end-to-end, and deliver identical (or better) results.
2. New CRM layout is intuitive, with contacts auto-tagged and routed to the correct pipeline stage.
3. Funnel pages are live, mobile-optimised, and tracked through GHL analytics.
4. A short Loom walkthrough shows where everything lives and how to tweak it.

You’ll have access to our existing workflow maps and any exports that help the migration. Looking forward to seeing GoHighLevel humming smoothly and freeing up our team to focus on growth.
