I run a service-based business and I’m ready to take full advantage of everything GoHighLevel offers. I already have the account; what I need now is an expert who can jump in, tidy up what exists, and build out the missing pieces so the platform runs like a well-oiled machine.

The immediate priorities are:

• Workflow automation – map the customer journey, create and test all triggers, tags, SMS/email sequences, and internal notifications so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Funnel building – design high-converting pages inside the funnel builder, connect opt-ins to offers, set up order bumps/upsells where relevant, and ensure tracking is solid.
• CRM management – organize pipelines, custom fields, and opportunities, then segment contacts for precise follow-up and reporting.

Everything has to be created natively in GoHighLevel (no external page builders). If you prefer Loom or a brief PDF, a short hand-off guide showing how you structured the workflows, funnels, and CRM is part of the final deliverable so my team can maintain things without surprises.
