GHL Specialist for Real Estate Automation

We need a Go High Level (GHL) Specialist for our Real Estate Company

Project Scope:
We're a high-performing real estate team looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) automation expert to help us streamline and scale our operations. This is a critical role that will support our lead generation, follow-up, and appointment booking systems.

Responsibilities:

Set up and optimize automated workflows and drip campaigns for buyer, seller, and investor leads

Build SMS and email follow-up sequences for expireds, FSBOs, and inbound leads

Design booking funnels integrated with our calendar

Configure AI autoresponder logic to qualify leads and book appointments

Integrate GHL with third-party tools like Zapier, Realeflow, and our CRM (kvCORE or Boldtrail)

Requirements:

Proven GHL experience (real estate industry experience preferred)

Strong understanding of automation, segmentation, and appointment funnel setup

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize for high response rates

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and available for ongoing support

Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with Realeflow, Zapier, HAR.com, or similar tools

Experience creating GHL snapshot templates

Copywriting or chatbot scripting experience

Budget: Open to hourly or fixed price proposals
