Right now data lives in Follow Up Boss, Top Producer, RingCentral, and Flipper Force. I want every lead, call, text, and task to flow through GHL automatically—no more double entry, missed follow-ups, or scattered reporting.
The mission:
• Audit the current workflows and data structures across those four platforms.
• Map a smarter architecture in Go High Level that covers pipelines, smart lists, triggers, call/SMS handling, and automated tasking.
• Build Zapier bridges where native GHL features fall short, ensuring real-time sync and error handling.
• Layer in AI-driven actions (e.g., automatic lead scoring, suggested responses) to speed up follow-up and boost conversion.
• Migrate historical data cleanly into GHL without losing notes, tags, or call logs.
• Stress-test everything and document the setup so future tweaks are easy.

Document everything clearly so our internal team can maintain it
