Full-Time SQA Automation Engineer Needed

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer (Automation) to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive, and technically strong QA professional with a proven background in building, maintaining, and scaling automated testing frameworks. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
*Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
*Build scalable automation solutions integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and identify automation opportunities.
*Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
*Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide detailed defect reports.
*Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability of automation suites.
*Contribute to test documentation, including test plans, cases, and scripts.

Required Qualifications:
*5+ years of experience in Software QA, with at least 3+ years in automation testing.
*Strong proficiency in at least one major automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
*Solid experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
*Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
*Hands-on experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
*Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a distributed environment.
