Project Overview

We operate two online businesses:

We already have:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) Agency Account
- Snowie AI installed and connected to GHL

We now require a freelancer to fully install, configure, and optimise Conversify.ai, and complete ALL system integrations between Conversify, Snowie AI, and GHL — creating a fully automated AI-driven sales system for both brands.
Scope of Work

Your responsibilities include all technical setup, installation, integration, and automation. You do NOT need to create scripts — we supply ALL master prompts and scripts.

1. Conversify.ai Setup
- Create 2 AI Sales Agents:
• Aleve AI Agent (English)
• FindMyTradesman AI Agent (English + European Spanish)
- Configure WhatsApp (UK & ES numbers will be added later)
- Configure SMS & Email
- Install all provided scripts
- Build outbound sequences using supplied materials
- Install appointment booking flows
- Integrate Conversify → GHL API
- Link to GHL pipelines & calendars

2. GoHighLevel Setup
- Organise sub-accounts:
• Aleve
• FindMyTradesman.es
- Build pipelines:
• Aleve B2B Sales
• Homeowners (FMT)
• Tradespeople (FMT)
- Install automations:
• Lead → Conversify
• Booking → Pipeline update
• Snowie missed call → Conversify
• Form → Conversify agent
- Connect all forms, funnels, and websites
- Install tagging & tracking

3. Snowie AI Setup (Already Installed)
- Configure inbound call agents (EN + ES)
- Install provided Snowie voice scripts
- Configure call routing → GHL
- Connect transcripts and notes to correct pipelines
- Setup Snowie → Conversify follow-up triggers

4. Script Installation (Provided by Us)

You will receive ALL scripts in English + European Spanish:
- Master Prompts (Aleve + FMT)
- Spanish-only homeowner script
- Tradesperson onboarding script
- B2B outreach script
- Job qualification flows
- Automated follow-up scripts
- No-show sequences
- Appointment reminders
- Sales closing messages
- Advanced objection-handling pack
- Chatbot training file
- Snowie voice AI reception script

Your task is to install these accurately, test them, and ensure all flows run naturally inside Conversify, GHL and Snowie.

5. Testing (Required)

You must test end-to-end:
WhatsApp inbound/outbound
SMS automation
Email automation
Appointment scheduling
Spanish flows switching automatically
Snowie voice call routing
Lead movement inside GHL pipelines
All automations firing correctly

Proof of testing:
Screenshots or short video recordings

6. Final Deliverables

Fully installed Conversify system
Two fully operational AI agents
All automations functioning
All scripts installed (EN + ES)
Snowie voice flows operating correctly
WhatsApp/SMS/Email fully connected
All GHL pipelines and calendars live
Testing completed
1–2 page SOP explaining the setup
