Freelance Automation Expert – Fully Automated Social Media Workflows (Set price)

We’re looking for an experienced automation specialist to build fully automated, low-cost social media marketing and content workflows across multiple brands.

We currently run semi-automated systems and want to upgrade to end-to-end full automation — from topic ideation → content creation → design → video/carousel generation → posting → basic lead flow.

• Static carousel posts
• Short-form video (AI-generated)
• Trending sounds and platform-native formats

• Instagram
• TikTok
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• YouTube

Current stack
• DeepSeek API
• Google Sheets
• Figma / Canva
• Upload Post/Vista Social
• n8n (Plus) / Sumopod

Your role is to convert this into fully automated workflows per account, with minimal-to-no manual intervention.

What you’ll build
• Automated topic & content generation
• Automated design (carousel + video)
• Caption & script generation
• Trending sound selection (where applicable)
• Automated posting & scheduling
• Basic lead flow / CTA automation

Skills & experience required
• Strong hands-on experience with n8n, Sumopod, Canva
• Experience working with Generative AI APIs
• Proven experience building AI-driven automation workflows
• Deep understanding of social media automation & publishing
• Prior work on fully automated content systems (not just schedulers)

Engagement
• Fixed price per automation / per account (e.g. 1 TikTok account = $XX)
• 6 accounts ready to start immediately
• Ongoing work across multiple projects and client accounts

***You will be asked to demonstrate prior work or walk through an existing automation.

***There are many Facebook groups with people who already have setup these workflows and are simply tweaking them and onselling them, so we know the cost.
***We're hiring for this but also future projects, of which we'll have many.
