Fillout Form PDF Report Automation

I use the FILLOUT platform to gather responses through an online form, and now I need the data to work for me instead of sitting in the dashboard. Each time a respondent hits “Submit,” I want their answers pulled in the exact order of the form’s questions, dropped into a clean spreadsheet layout, converted to a PDF, and automatically emailed to my team.

Here is what I am aiming for:

• A workflow (inside FILLOUT itself or via a connector such as Zapier/Make) that exports each new submission to Excel, preserving the question-by-question structure.
• Automatic creation of a matching PDF report so the file is ready to share without any extra formatting.
• An email trigger that sends that PDF to a short list of internal addresses the moment the report is generated.
• Clear, reusable documentation so I can add or edit questions later without breaking the flow.
