FANUC Palletizing Cell Setup

I’m putting a dedicated palletizing cell into production and need a FANUC specialist who can walk me through every step, from floor layout to first pallet. The single goal is to automate this material-handling task and drive the fastest cycle time possible, so placement of robot, infeed conveyors, sensors, end-of-arm tooling, guarding, and pallets must be engineered as one cohesive system.
Here’s what I expect to come out of our collaboration:
• A clear, dimensioned cell layout showing optimal robot reach, safe zones, and peripheral equipment locations
• A recommended gripper concept matched to my case sizes and weights
• ROBOGUIDE/handling-tool simulation (or equivalent) that proves throughput and collision-free paths before we bolt anything down
• A step-by-step commissioning plan: master counts, zeroing, program load, and cycle verification on site
• Fine-tuning of Handling Tool programs so the robot hits tack time without sacrificing reliability
I already have the robot on order (M-410ic 185 Plus controller) and standard 40 x 48 pallets; everything else is flexible if you can justify the gain in efficiency. You should be comfortable with FANUC PalletPRO/ROBOGUIDE, iRVision setup if needed, Ethernet/IP or ProfiNet I/O mapping, and safety zoning. Remote work is fine for the design and simulation phases, but I may need you on site for the final teach and run-off.
