Extract Contacts to Spreadsheet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a batch of contracts saved as Word documents. Inside each file, the contact’s name and email appear in plain text, always in the same, predictable layout. Your task is simple: open every document, copy the name and email address exactly as written, and paste them into the spreadsheet I’ll share with you.
Because the format is consistent, this should be straightforward data entry rather than data mining. Accuracy matters more than speed—no typos, no skipped lines. If you prefer to use a quick VBA or Python helper to speed things up, that’s fine, but the final deliverable must be a clean spreadsheet with two clearly labeled columns (“Name” and “Email”) and nothing else. I will provide the spreadsheet and contracts by Dropbox.
Once finished, send the completed file back to me and I’ll spot-check before marking the job complete.
