AI Expert for Intelligent Workflow Automation

We are looking for a skilled AI Automation Expert to implement an intelligent automation system that integrates multiple platforms, including Airtable, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, Gmail, Telegram, Discord, Notion, n8n, Zapier, and OpenAI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI agents and automation tools to build seamless workflows, manage data, and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows across various platforms (Airtable, Google Sheets, Gmail, Dropbox, etc.).
Set up and configure n8n and Zapier to automate tasks and integrate data between tools.
Develop custom AI agents using OpenAI API to handle intelligent decision-making and task execution.
Integrate communication tools like Telegram and Discord for real-time alerts, notifications, and chat-based automation.
Automate document management and sharing through Google Drive and Dropbox.
Optimize workflows for efficiency, ensuring seamless data synchronization and minimal manual intervention.
Troubleshoot any issues related to automation processes and improve their reliability and accuracy.
Provide recommendations for further automation opportunities within the existing tech stack.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience with Airtable, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, Gmail, Telegram, Discord, Notion, n8n, and Zapier.
Strong knowledge of OpenAI and AI agents, including API integrations and AI-driven automation.
Proficiency in developing automation systems for streamlining business processes.
Familiarity with integrating communication platforms (Telegram, Discord) for task management and notifications.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot automation issues and optimize workflows.
Preferred Experience:
Previous work on automation projects involving multiple apps and platforms.
Knowledge of integrating AI agents with cloud-based systems and automation tools.
Experience in creating custom scripts for workflow automation.
