The main target for our marketing automation efforts is a B2C (business-to-consumer) audience. Additionally, the candidate who demonstrates a solid understanding of automation tools and a knack for implementing effective strategies will also earn an equity share in the business.

Additionally top 10 employees will be chosen for equity share of the company (30%) based on performance, allowing you to won a portion of the company and become a partner.
