Experienced Make Technician needed
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are looking for a Responsible Make Technician to join our team in a long-term role. This person will be in charge of designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing automations and workflows in Make (formerly Integromat), ensuring operational efficiency and seamless integration between internal and external systems.
The ideal candidate combines technical skills, analytical ability, and a strong sense of responsibility, guaranteeing the quality, documentation, and continuous improvement of automated processes.
Responsibilities
Design and configure Make scenarios that connect different applications and systems.
Monitor, debug, and maintain existing automations, ensuring proper execution.
Document created workflows to facilitate understanding and scalability.
Propose improvements and optimizations to increase process efficiency.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand needs and translate them into automated solutions.
Ensure security and proper data handling in implemented processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in Make / Integromat (minimum 2 years).
Solid knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation logic.
Strong skills in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing processes.
Experience with integrations using tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, ERPs, marketing platforms, etc.
Ability to clearly and systematically document processes.
Autonomy, organization, and responsibility in long-term projects.
Nice to Have
Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python).
Experience with other automation platforms (Zapier, n8n).
Continuous improvement mindset and results-oriented attitude.
