Excel Serial Port Macro

A macro or function that concatenates one or more cells in a row and sends the resulting string to a COM port. The function should be assignable to the cell to the right of the value and when the "button" is clicked, takes the value and embeds it in the string, then sends the strings in bold to the defined COM port. Example data and strings in the attachment.

I need a Windows macro to output a string to a serial port from Excel 2019.

Requirements:
- Windows 10/11 platform
- Excel 2019 integration
- Ability to write to a serial port
