I have a growing stream of sales transactions coming in daily and I want one well-structured Excel workbook that takes me from raw import all the way to polished reports and ready-to-send invoices. The core of the job is data entry and processing, so I’ll hand you CSV dumps from the POS; you’ll build a routine that pulls them in, cleans the fields, and organizes everything on a master sheet without manual touch-ups.
Once the data flows correctly, I need dynamic sales reports—pivot tables, charts, whatever makes trend analysis quick—plus a template that can generate individual customer invoices automatically. If a bit of VBA or Power Query makes the workflow smoother, go for it; the file just has to stay easy for non-technical staff to update.
Deliverables
