Excel to PDF Automation

I need an automated solution to transfer both text and numerical data from an Excel spreadsheet to a multi-page PDF form. The PDF form will need to be populated with the Excel data. After the transfer, operators will need to fill out additional fields and submit the form.

Requirements:
- Automate data transfer from Excel to PDF
- Populate multi-page PDF form
- Enable operators to fill out additional fields by clicking response boxes that insert an 'X'
- Add functionality for operators to input their signature in the relevant field
- Facilitate manual form submission via upload to a client portal
