Excel Cut-List Automation Upgrade

The production workbook I use in Excel needs a thorough clean-up and a few smart automations so it can keep pace with our shop floor. Here is what has to happen:

• Strip out every redundant worksheet, button, or legacy control so the file opens lean and fast while still keeping the familiar look and feel we already use.
• On the Material’s List tab, pull profile data automatically from every cut-list sheet, calculate the smallest possible panel count based on my preset width table, and make sure the sheet is perfectly formatted for printing.
• Overhaul the DOOR Cut List: apply the current mix of standard sizing rules plus several custom exceptions I will provide, drive all dimensions from a single formula base, and add a one-click export that saves the finished cut list as a clean TXT file.
• Give the WOOD Cut sheet the same rule-driven logic, but instead of exporting, it just needs a print-ready layout.
• Add a Glass Order creator that works for both GLASS Door and METAL/GLASS Door products, mirroring the style and flow of our existing Glass Order sheets.
• When all of the above is done, wipe every data entry cell so the file is delivered completely blank and ready for a fresh start.

Everything stays inside Excel; feel free to build the logic in VBA, structured tables, or named-range formulas—whatever delivers rock-solid reliability. My only formatting request is to follow the style that is already there so the team sees a seamless upgrade rather than a new learning curve.
