We’re looking for a highly proactive Virtual Assistant with a strong interest in AI, automation and modern business systems.
This is not a traditional assistant role.
You’ll help build and optimise internal processes using AI tools, automation platforms and operational systems to increase speed, efficiency and output across the business.
Ideal for someone who enjoys figuring things out independently, improving workflows and staying ahead of new AI trends.
What You’ll Do
Automate outreach with N8N
Setup and manage autonomous agents
Automate social media creation (similar to faceless accounts)
Automate operations or solve unique, one time projects
Owning part of our processes entirely - From ideation to implementation
