End-to-End Customer Journey Automation
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I have CheckoutJoy handling payments, Klaviyo holding all email templates, and a Microsoft stack (Forms, SharePoint, Power Apps) ready for data. What I need now is the glue—Power Automate flows that make the entire Essentials Resume Template journey fire reliably from first click to final report.
Here is the picture:
• A customer purchases through CheckoutJoy.
• Power Automate captures the transaction, tags the buyer, and writes purchase details (who bought which offer) into a SharePoint list that feeds a simple Power Apps dashboard for quick look-ups.
• Klaviyo must instantly send the order-confirmation email, then continue with the follow-up sequence that already exists in my account.
• An admin notification hits my inbox (and ideally Teams) so I can keep an eye on activity without refreshing reports.
• If anything fails, I want to know—error handling and clear logs are essential.
Success for this phase is straightforward: the whole flow works every time, and I can pull up a report that shows exactly who purchased which product without digging.
Once this foundation is in place, Phase 2 will extend the same architecture to automate our manual upgrade-credit process, so clean, modular design today will make tomorrow’s add-ons painless.
If you are comfortable orchestrating CheckoutJoy → Power Automate → Klaviyo → SharePoint/Power Apps with solid testing and documentation, let’s get this moving.
