Email & Workflow Automation Expert
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to remove as much manual effort as possible from our marketing and operations stack, starting with email campaigns. Right now our leads enter through Google Ads and Meta Ads, flow into HubSpot or ActiveCampaign, and then rely on me to move them into the right lists, send nurture sequences, and compile weekly performance reports. Your first mission is to build an end-to-end automation that makes those steps happen without human touch.
That means:
• Triggers that catch every new lead, tag it, and drop it into the correct HubSpot or ActiveCampaign segment.
• Automated email scheduling for each segment, complete with A/B logic and follow-up rules.
• Real-time status updates pushed to Slack so the team always knows what’s running.
• A Google Sheet (or Airtable base) that logs results and feeds a simple dashboard I can share at weekly stand-ups.
We already use Zapier heavily, so you’ll have full access there, along with Gmail, Outlook, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and any CRM endpoints you need. If a direct API call is quicker than a Zap, feel free to use it—speed and reliability win.
Once email is humming, I’ll move you to our next priority: automating maintenance sheets for operations, then whatever else you spot that can save clicks or minutes. I value proactive recommendations, so show me where additional time savings hide and pitch the solution.
To be considered, send two or three screenshots of automations you’ve built that shaved hours off a process, tell me which tools you feel fastest with, and outline—briefly—how you’d set up an automated weekly performance report for our campaigns.
If you thrive on tightening workflows and watching the “time saved” metric climb, let’s talk.
