Email and Whatsapp Automation for Logistics Company Quotes

I'm looking to implement Stage 1 of an email and Whatsapp automation system for my logistics company. The primary goal is to streamline the process of handling quote requests. This involves sending an email or a Whatsapp confirmation to clients upon receiving their quote request, parsing the request details to GPT for processing, notifying the appropriate agent with the original quote request data and the results from GPT, receiving the quote corrected by the agent and sending it to the client.

Key Requirements:
- Automate email confirmations for quote requests
- Automate Whatsapp confirmations for quote request
- Include an acknowledgment of receipt with confirmed data of shipments to be quoted in the email / Whatsapp message
- Integrate with GPT for parsing and processing quote details
- Send Information to the relevant agent upon receipt of a quote request and GPT results
- Receive corrected quote from agent and send it to client.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in email automation and integration with AI systems
- Familiarity with logistics operations and quote management
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools for automation
- Strong communication skills to ensure seamless client and agent interactions

I am familiar with Make. If you choose to use Make.com will be easier for me to understand but this is not required. If you can do it with open source as n8n to reduce cost would be great.
