Email Summarization PDF Automation

I need a hands-off workflow that watches my inbox, runs each new message through an AI summariser, drops the summary into a clean one-page PDF, and forwards that PDF straight to me on WhatsApp (or, if you have a better alternative, I’m open to it).

Here’s how I picture it working
• The moment an email lands, it triggers the automation.
• Your script or no-code scenario (Python, Node, Zapier, Make, etc.) calls an AI model such as OpenAI or Claude, pulls out the key points, and formats them.
• A PDF generator captures the sender, subject, time-stamp and the concise summary in a professional template.
• The finished file is delivered through WhatsApp’s Business API (Twilio, 360dialog, or similar).
• Everything runs in the cloud so I never have to keep a computer on.

Deliverables
1. Fully deployed workflow with source code / scenario files.
2. Setup guide so I can relink accounts or move providers later.
3. Brief note on how to extend the same logic to Slack, Google Drive, or email if needed.

Acceptance criteria
– New emails are summarised and sent within 2 minutes.
– PDF formatting is consistent across test messages.
– No manual intervention once live.
