Email Automation Script
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I run a busy mailbox in Outlook and I’m tired of copy-pasting the same replies every day. What I need is a clean, well-documented script that watches incoming messages, detects key phrases or sender rules I’ll specify, and then fires off the correct automated response—no manual clicks, no delays.
The script must integrate directly with Outlook (desktop or Microsoft 365; let me know which is faster for you) and keep all normal mail-flow behaviour intact. My priority is stability and easy editing: if I need to tweak a trigger word or rewrite a canned response next week, I should be able to open one file, make the change, and hit save.
Deliverables
• Fully functional Outlook-compatible script (VBA, PowerShell, Python + win32com, or another proven approach—your call as long as it runs reliably)
• Clear setup guide and inline comments so I can maintain it myself
• Brief demo showing the script reacting to at least two sample inquiries and sending the correct replies

I’ve marked this as ASAP. A first working draft in the next few days and a polished, commented version shortly after that would be ideal.
