Email Alert Automation inside Adalo app

I need a small but reliable email automation that occurs the moment a new Job record is created inside my Adalo app database. Only users who are opt in to receive emails when a new job is posted should receive the email alert.
Here’s what has to happen every time: the automation (built with either Make or Zapier free plan) grabs the new Job data, checks which users are Opt-In, and sends a personalised email. The email must include the company logo, a summary of the new job, and a button (link) that lands the recipient directly on the relevant application screen for that job.
I will give you access to my Adalo app and the email script (HTML) and you will handle the full setup, testing and hand-over of the automation plus concise instructions so I can maintain it later. Once live, emails should be sent automatically every time a new job is posted with the correct job information and button to apply—no missed users, no duplicates.
Payment will be released only after successful testing by me. No partial payment for incomplete work.
