Ecommerce Automation & Content Workflows

The goal is to free my growing e-commerce operation from manual busywork by pushing two big areas—store operations and content production—into reliable, scalable automations built in Make.com or n8n.
Operational flows
• Order processing: automatically pull new orders from the store, trigger fulfilment steps, send status updates, and handle exceptions.
• Inventory management: keep stock levels in sync across suppliers and sales channels, raise low-stock alerts, and pause ads for sold-out items.
Content & marketing flows
Every week the brand publishes AI videos, eye-catching images, and written pieces to the blog, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. I want a single pipeline that sources prompts, creates the assets, schedules posts, and feeds performance data back for reporting.
What I need from you
1. Rapid feasibility feedback on each idea I share so we only build what can truly run hands-off.
2. End-to-end scenarios inside Make.com or n8n with clear naming, error handling, and logging.
3. A short Loom or similar walkthrough plus editable documentation so my team can tweak the flows later.
Acceptance criteria
• All workflows pass live tests with real store data.
• Orders and inventory stay in sync for 48 hours without manual intervention.
• New content appears on every specified platform at the scheduled time with correct captions, tags, and thumbnails.
• If any step fails, an alert lands in our email or Slack within five minutes.
