Docker IPTV Playlist Automation

Job ID: 40391199

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

I need a developer who can wrap Threadfin inside a rock-solid Docker architecture so I can manage and distribute IPTV playlists for more than a hundred individual users without ever touching an IPTV panel or running my own streaming server.

Here is what the finished solution must do for me:
• Hold one master channel and EPG configuration that I can tweak in a single place.
• Spin up an isolated copy of that config for every new user, each bound to its own port and paired with the user’s unique IPTV credentials.
• Provide a small shell or Python script that lets me create, list, or remove users in one command.
• Run smoothly on Docker (compose or Swarm is fine) and stay easy to back up, upgrade, or migrate.
• Scale gracefully past 100 users with minimal manual maintenance—think environment variables and templated volumes, not hand-edited configs.

I strongly prefer Threadfin over xTeVe, so please base the build on Threadfin unless you can prove a compelling technical reason otherwise.

Please submit a detailed project proposal outlining your planned Docker layout, user-creation workflow, persistence strategy, and any previous work that shows you have done something similar. I would like the first working version delivered within a month.
