Digital Membership ID Automation System
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a streamlined way to generate and distribute a templated picture-style membership ID for every person in our program. Each digital card should automatically pull:
• Member name and photo
• Membership number and expiry date
• Contact information and membership tier
Here’s the workflow I’m envisioning:
1. Source data lives in a CSV, Google Sheet, or simple database—wherever you think is most efficient.
2. A script or lightweight web tool merges that data into a pre-designed image template (PNG or PDF).
3. The finished ID is immediately emailed to the member, either as an attachment or an inline image, with a short customizable message.
4. A basic dashboard or log records each send, flags any failures, and allows me to trigger a resend or update details if needed.
The deliverable should include the editable template, the automation code (Python, Zapier, Integromat, or a comparable stack you recommend), setup documentation, and a quick demo showing it working end-to-end.
Reliability and ease of maintenance matter more to me than flashy tech; I simply want members to receive their personalized digital card by email without manual effort.
